All packages include furniture moving for standard pieces, pre-treatment of visible spots, and deodorizing. Heavily soiled carpets, dense pet staining, or extra-large rooms may adjust the final price — we'll always tell you before we start.

We always confirm a final number before starting — these are the most common reasons it might shift from the starting price.
Packages are built around average-sized rooms. Larger-than-typical rooms may be priced individually.
Light pet traffic is included. Heavy or set-in pet staining needs the add-on enzyme treatment.
Standard furniture moving is included. Rooms packed with heavy furniture may need extra time.
Carpets that haven't been professionally cleaned in years may need an extra pass to fully restore.
